Vestris Score is made by Vestris, Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you use score.vestris.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The Vestris platform for title companies is covered by the agreements we sign with those customers.
What we collect
The property address you enter, and the name and email you give us so we can deliver your score.
Payment details when you choose a plan. Our payment processor handles your card; full card numbers never reach our servers.
Usage information: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and cookies that help us measure the site and our advertising.
Public records
Your score is built from public land, tax and court records for the address you give us. We read those records as they are recorded. We do not add private information about you to them, and we do not reproduce the documents in your report.
The public score badge and its link exist only if you choose to share them. They show the score and the date it was verified.
How we use it
To produce your score and report, deliver it by email, charge for the plan you choose, answer your questions, improve the service, and measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site for us: hosting, email delivery, payments and analytics, each bound to use your information only to provide their service to us.
The title company, agent or lender you ask us to share your report with, and only at your direction.
Authorities when the law requires it, and a successor if Vestris is ever acquired, under this same policy.
Cookies and advertising
We use analytics cookies and advertising measurement, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand which ads bring people to the site. You can limit these through your browser settings and Google’s ads settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your report and contact details while your report is in use and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Write to us and we will delete your report and contact details unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing founders@vestris.ai. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, and we honor them.
Children
Vestris Score is for adults selling or buying a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes we will update the date above, and for material changes we will tell you by email or on the site.
