These terms are the agreement between you and Vestris, Inc. for Vestris Score at score.vestris.ai. By requesting a score you accept them.
The service
Vestris Score reads the public record for a property and gives you a title condition score from 0 to 100, a report explaining it, and, on some plans, a plan for clearing the open items. The report is information to help you prepare a sale. It is not a decision by anyone to insure, lend on or buy the property.
Not title insurance, not legal advice
A score is not a title insurance policy, a commitment to insure, or an opinion of title. Whether a property can be insured is decided by a licensed title insurer at closing. A score is not legal advice. For legal questions about your property, talk to an attorney licensed in your state.
Requesting a score
You may request a score for a property you own, are authorized to act for, or are in a transaction on. You agree to give us an accurate address and contact details and to use the report for that transaction.
Pricing and payment
Requesting a score is free. When your score is ready you choose a plan at the price shown on the pricing page, and we charge your card then. If we cannot produce a score for the property, there is nothing to pay.
If we made a mistake in your report, tell us within 30 days and we will correct it or refund the plan.
Accuracy of the record
We read public records as they are recorded. Records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a score reflects the record at the time we read it. We do not promise that a sale will close, that a lender or insurer will accept any item, or that nothing new will be recorded later.
The public badge
You decide whether to share your badge and link. The badge shows the score and the date it was verified. We may update or stop showing a badge if the record changes materially after the score, or if a badge is used to mislead.
Acceptable use
Do not request scores for properties you have no connection to, resell reports, or use automated tools to pull data from the service. Do not misrepresent a score to a buyer, lender or title company.
Your report
Your report is for your use in your transaction. You may share it with buyers, agents, lenders and title companies. Everything else about the service, including the scoring method, belongs to Vestris.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vestris is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a report is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless the law of your state says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
